Flaherty’s Flooring America, formerly known to many as Carpet Masters of Texas was established in 1992 by Patrick Flaherty. Through hard work and with dedicated, caring employees, we have continued to grow our business.

Several years ago Patrick realized that he needed to take the next big step in customer service and sales. He applied to become part of the largest flooring organization in America. In 2003 we were proud to be selected to become a FlooringAmerica dealer. What a difference it has made! We changed our name to FlooringAmerica by Carpet Masters in 2005 and more recently to Flaherty’s Flooring America in 2008. The name may have changed, but we didn’t. We are still your individually owned local flooring store with the flair and atmosphere that only Patrick Flaherty and our staff can bring. We are now able to offer our customers combined services that no one can match.

Our Showroom:
Our award winning showroom allows you to browse at your leisure while your kids play in our play center. If dad gets bored, there is a TV and easy chair just waiting for him in our sitting area. We carry many of the most up to date products and work constantly with local decorators to define trends and styles that will last. Our hard wood and laminate flooring center is extensive and showcases some of the best values that the flooring industry has to offer.
Our Sales Staff:
Our staff of design consultants are industry trained and certified to fully assist you in your buying experience. Most have serviced our customers for over 15 years. We constantly train and meet with manufacturers to keep abreast of the newest styles, trends and product innovations. We are the only flooring organization with an on-line university to assist in the training process. You expect a flooring company to know their business and we know floors.
Our Installation Technicians:
Our technicians are industry certified as well. Many of our technicians have received some of the highest credentials that the industry has to offer.
We perform criminal background checks on anyone entering your home and carry a $2,000,000.00 insurance policy for your protection and peace of mind.
Our business relies greatly on customer referrals for our growth. We can have a great price, knowledgeable sales staff and great atmosphere, but the installation is where the magic truly happens.
